There are several companies that provide travel insurance. We have added a few links below for your convinience.
Is there a certain time of year to increase our chances of seeing whales?
Whales make their northbound migration to Alaska beginning in February, so our summer cruise season is the perfect time to see these wondrous creatures. Humpbacks, Orca Whales, and Porpoise can all be seen in Alaska’s waters generally between April and November.
What should I wear?
Alaska has a range of temperatures throughout the summer. Mother Nature can be temperamental, and conditions can change quickly. We highly recommend dressing in layers. This will allow you to adjust easily and quickly to our ever-changing weather and temperatures. Please remember to bring rain gear and comfortable waterproof lightweight hiking boots for our time on the beaches. If you are particularly averse to cold weather, please make sure to bring a heavier jacket and some sweaters just in case the weather changes.
Can I bring my kids on a cruise?
Absolutely! We love having children aboard. There is so much to see and learn in Alaska and we love sharing it with them.
Will I get seasick on board?
Very unlikely! Our vessel is equipped with stabilizers that are designed to decrease the motion of the sea. However, we do recommend that you bring some Dramamine or another generic version of an over-the-counter or prescription motion sickness medication.
Can I go fishing?
Fishing times are dependent on the time of year and the openings that are granted by the State of Alaska Fish and Game. Please call us for the best times to fish for certain species. If you are booking our yacht to participate in a fishing trip please make sure to purchase a fishing license for the State of Alaska.
Can you accommodate special meal requests or allergies?
100%! We customize your trip and your meals to ensure that we exceed your expectations.
