5 Day Itinerary on the Sea Mist
Day One: Arrive in Whittier by private transfer or Alaska Railroad from Anchorage. After settling in, get familiar with your yacht and crew while taking in the majestic views. On the way to your destination, drop shrimp pots to retrieve the following day.
Once you reach your anchorage in a secluded cove, you will have the option of kayaking or walking along the beach.
After returning, settle in for the evening and enjoy cocktails and dinner prepared by your private onboard chef.
Day Two: Enjoy breakfast and get ready for the day's first activity. Pull shrimp pots on your way to College Fjord. Keep your camera ready and your eyes peeled for Humpback Whales and Dall Porpoise.
Explore Esther Passage, taking in Alaska's beautiful glaciers. Harbor Seals love to float on the icebergs surrounding College Fjord.
Your captain will anchor for the night in Mock Harbor, a small tight entrance cove where we regularly see black bears on the hillside.
Spend another relaxing evening eating, drinking, and soaking up the midnight sun. **
Day Three: After breakfast, pull shrimp pots and visit a fish hatchery. Cruise for several hours, looking for whales and other marine wildlife.
End the day kayaking around a bay with several small islands and reefs, or your captain can take you on a cruise in the tender. **
Day Four: Prepare for a day of adventure. Spend your last full day onboard exploring Prince William Sound. Arrive mid-day at Surprise Cove and explore Chugach National Park.
You will have the option of kayaking, paddle boarding, or taking a 2-mile round-trip hike to a remote lake. Enjoy your last night on board, sharing the favorite parts of your trip with our crew.
Day Five: After an early breakfast, we will head for Whittier for your transfer to Anchorage.
** A day of private charter boat fishing is offered complimentary on day 2 or 3 if requested at the time of booking and based on charter boat availability.

All charters embark at noon or later on day one and disembark by noon on the last day.
All itineraries may be adjusted based on the weather in Prince William Sound or Southeast Alaska.
